Security, access and deployment controls

Define scope. Assign authority. Govern change.

Maintra provides administration for roles, permissions, workflows and integrations. Each deployment requires a technical review of the organization’s access model, data boundaries and operating controls.

Control review

Configuration and responsibility by deployment.

Roles and operational scope

Permissions can be aligned with planner, technician, supervisor and administrator responsibilities. Organization and site access should be validated with representative workflows.

Governed changes

Workflow definitions, approval responsibilities and governance rules control consequential maintenance actions.

AI and external processing

Configured model connections identify the endpoints used for AI processing. Provider selection, permitted data and data-processing arrangements are deployment decisions.

Integration administration

Webhook subscriptions, delivery records, credential administration and secret rotation support the integration lifecycle. Record ownership and external-system permissions must be defined during implementation.

Hosting, encryption, backup, recovery, data residency, availability commitments and required certifications are deployment-specific and must be confirmed in technical discovery and contractual documentation.
